We celebrated our Six Month Anniversary on July 15th. It's been a God-filled, crazy, scary, busy, challenging, and oh, so amazing, six months! God has given us everything that we need, the moment that we need it. It hasn't been exactly what we wanted, and definitely not when we wanted it! But it has been EXACTLY what we needed! This six months has challenged my faith, shown me what a frail and miserable creature I am, and mostly what an amazing, overwhelmingly wise Creator and Friend we have. He has blessed me with a good man and I can't wait to see how the next six months of our adventure turn out! My plan is to keep believing, keep praising, and keep thanking Him for His providence! And of course, to keep on loving my man!
To celebrate, my honey took me out to dinner. We had Southern fried Chicken and Mediterranean Pork. We then finished with a delectable Chocolate Torte! Peter's making the 'Yum, yum!' face up there! :-) But boy did we need coffee to dilute that chocolate! Then once back at the house we had an entertaining time going through wedding, engagement, dating, and old school pictures, reliving those great memories! Some of which, I must admit, were more memorable than anything! :-)
Neither of us can wait to celebrate our One Year, or for that matter, our Five Years, our Ten Years, and our Twenty Years! But in the meantime we intend to keep on celebrating our Seven Months, our Eight Months, our Nine Months and, well, you get the picture!
