From Shelf to Desk

Peter and I had a little extra time this morning and decided to go to Target and shop the year end sales. We found some shelving units that I've been wanting to get! Our first plan was that these two lovelies:

would serve as a sort of modern, exposed dresser type of thing. Thereby getting our clothing out of the cardboard boxes that we moved with and off of the floor! However they didn't make it that far....... In fact they didn't even make it out of the living room! Before they could arrive at their bedroom destination they had been transformed into this!

A sleek, compact, multi-leveled, computer displaying, marvel! At last, we own a surface that we can pull a chair up to! Oh, the small, wonderful blessings! But then again, our clothes are still in boxes so I guess I better make another trip to Target before the sale ends!

Hmmmmm....I wonder what else I can make out of wire shelving units?

On a separate note,

Happy New Year!
