About a week ago I had the undeniable urge to make pretzels. WARNING....You have to boil them in Baking Soda! This will make them turn brown. Also, you will kill your yeast if your water is too hot (use tap water, not a hot pot!), resulting in thick, hard, too chewy pretzels! Three batches later, I finally figured that one out!
