I decided, upon accidentally breaking one of my pieces of dinnerware, that it would be a good idea to have some backup pieces! I had seen this stack of plates at the Salvation Army a week before so I popped back in, not thinking they would still have them. But sure enough, there they were, waiting for me. I love the elegant ivory color and the contrasting white floral design!
Only one teacup. Guess this is for solitary tea parties.
Out of curiosity I checked them out online. I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for other matching stragglers to add to my collection!
And of course, I could not leave behind the cute, almost matching, pineapple plate! Blueberry Cream pie tastes so much better on a plate bordered with minuscule little pineapples!
