Let me say that again,
!!! 3 6 5 days !!!!
It was very exciting to celebrate our first anniversary together on the 15th. We had a busy day. Peter was at work for most of it. Then, in the evening, the company that I work for threw a big 'Employee Appreciation' party that we attended. It was fun to introduce Peter to all of my co-workers, one of whom informed me today that he is indeed very cute! (A fact I have long been suspecting!) The food was excellent, the wine was delightful, but the 45 minute pep rally was, well, respectfully, looonnngggg.
Around 9:30 p.m., back at our cozy little apartment, we settled in for some Blueberry Cream pie and the first half of 'Despicable Me'. The movie, complements of Derek O. And the pie, my own humble anniversary present to my hunny.
The first thing Peter said to me when we woke up the next morning, "Guess what, baby! We're working on our second year now!"
